Nate Marquardt set up EGM with his mentor, Allan Karr, to help the ministry he and others do in places like Turkey, Pakistan, and Myanmar. EGM currently helps refugees in Turkey, Ethne Children's home in Myanmar, and is funding the Marquardts' mission in Myanmar to open a Christian school, start another children's home, and equip leaders to teach God's word.  


Exodus Global Ministries is a trade name of Ethne Global Services and is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. All donations are 100% tax deductible. 


The Team



God called the Marquardts to move to Myanmar (Burma) to help save Children from trafficking, to care for and disciple them, to open a Christian international school (May, 2024), and to raise up leaders who will teach God's word. Nate was commissioned to pastor in 2018, has done international missions since 2015, has an M.T.S. and D.Min. from Gateway Seminary. Allan Karr is the founder and chairman of Ethne Global Services, a non-profit organization that assists refugees in the United States and displaced and at risk people in several international venues. He is also the founder and pastor of Ethne Church Network, a network of churches that plants churches globally. He is also a community developer and social entrepreneur, and earned his Ph.D. in Humanities from Florida State University and an M.Div. from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Jace met Nate Marquardt while visiting Gateway Seminary in Spring of 2019. They became close friends instantly through their love of Jesus. Jace became part of the small church Nate was leading out of his home. He enrolled at Gateway Seminary later that year in the Fall. In 2020, Jace was ordained by Allan Karr and continued serving the church as a pastor when Nate and his family moved later that year.


Jace has 30 years experience as a high school teacher. He graduated from University of Missouri-KC in 1989 with a BA in Secondary Education. He also went to Leslie University and earned a MA in Technology Education in 2001.


Randy is the regional director of Ethne Global Services.

He has a Master's of Missiology (2013) and a Doctorate of Ministry (2023) from Gateway Seminary. Dr. Randy is a USAF veteran and a retired law enforcement officer of Humboldt County Sheriff’s Department. He is also a short-term missionary. He is married to Lora and father of 4 (Camille, Marena, Hunter, Dylan). Grandfather of 3 (Abigail, Chloe, and Isaac).
